If, for any reason, you are unsatisfied with The Partnership Dental Plan, you may cancel within the first 30 days and receive a full refund. You will, of course, be billed at normal office rates for services rendered to you under the plan during your membership period. After 30 days, you may cancel anytime and you will receive a prorated refund. Billing for services rendered will be charged.
